1 Desktop
1) Download RSA SecurID Application. 2) Installing RSA SecurID Application on Desktops or Laptops. 3) Importing the RSA SecurID Desktop Token using Activation Code. 4) Use of RSA SecurID based Software Token.
1.1 Download RSA SecurID .msi file, User manual and Application form.
1) Visit the web site www.syndicatebank.in, Click on Downloads -> InternetBanking

2) Select the SyndProtect Two Factor Authentication option.

3) Click on the Download to download RSA SecurID .msi file.

4) Click on Save File

5) Download progress bar will appear as below
6) Right click on the download file and click on Open Containing Folder

7) Double click on the file RSASecurIDToken411_SyndProtect
1.2 Installing RSA SecurID Application on Desktops or Laptops

1) Double click on the RSASecurIDTokenAuto411.msi to install the software. 2) Click Next on Setup Wizard screen.

3) Select the Asia Pacific option for the installation and click on next.
4) Accept the license agreement and click on next
5) Select the typical option for full installation and click on next

6) Click on the Install to begin the installation
7) Enable checkbox Launch Syndicate Bank RSA SecureID Software Token with Automation and click on Finish

1.3 Importing of RSA SecurID Desktop Token using Activation Code

1) Select Import from Web to enter the Activation Code (Syndicate Bank would have sent the activation code via email or SMS).
2) Enter Activation Code to import the Token.
3) Below Security Alert will be displayed. dis Check View Certificate.

4) Check whether Issued by : Test IDRBT CA 2011 exists. If so, proceed further. Click OK in Certificate Window and Yes button in Security Alert Window.
5) Re-name name the Token as desired (Optional)
6) Change the Name and click on OK.

7) Click OK.
8) RSA SecurID Desktop Token will be operational and will start displaying the token code.

1.4.2.1 First Time User
First time users for RSA SecurID Desktop token have to set their PIN. After setting the PIN, user can do their transactions by entering PIN + Token i.e. PASSCODE. PASSCODE Usage of RSA SecurID Software Token is demonstrated for r first time user as below:below:
1) While performing transactions, users will be asked for 2FA. Following Screen will appear,
prompting user to enter the Token code.

a) Enter the Token-code ode displayed on the RSA SecurID Token
b) Click on submit.

1.4.2.2 Returning User
Returning users will have to perform their transactions by entering PIN + Token i.e. PASSCODE. 1) User can perform his/her operations / transactions directly by entering the Passcode (PIN + Token-Code).
a) Enter the Pin + Token-code Token code (Passcode) then click on submit
