As Mayor of Double Oak, TX, initiated, designed, managed Town and County-wide events, including Patriot Day celebrations, Mayors Luncheons, Halloween Festival, Christmas Tree Lightings, Holiday Movie Screenings and more. As Special Events Contractor for University of Texas at Dallass Executive Education (School of Management), designed, developed and managed special events, including the 2005 Annual Executive Education Holiday Party, Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) seminar, etc. Cleaning For A Reason, served as Marketing Director for new, national nonprofit, created consistent and compelling marketing and messaging, managed local fund raisers, awareness seminars and attention-getting community events. Created First Annual 2004 Noteworthy Ministries Holiday Gala, generating historic support. Capital One Bank - developed and managed first-ever New Account Event, May 2005. As Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Dallas Program Director, provided stimulating programs at unusual venues across Dallas. Chosen to manage The Pegasus Project, restoration project for Dallas Flying Red Horse, organizing campaign for Honorary Campaign Chair, Kay Bailey Hutchison, at Dallas Petroleum Club. Designed capital campaign for construction of the Dallas Police Memorial, managing Ground-breaking and Dedication Ceremonies for the DPD, families of fallen officers and elected officials state-wide. Responsible for High-Profile Special Events, including those honoring Governor George Bush, U.S. Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare Elizabeth Dole, House Majority Leader Dick Armey. As Executive Director of the Dallas Coalition for the Arts, designed and managed the annual Reception honoring the Dallas City Council, held at the Dallas Museum of Art.
