The winter of 2013-14 has
been one for the ages!
The Block Island Seafood
Company has been bearing this terrible winter too,
but on the west coast—Los Angeles to be exact!
We’ve been in search of the perfect fish taco. It’s a
tough job, but somebody’s got to do it.

A Record Year
2013 was a busy year
for BISCo as we cooked
our way through the
Suffolk county library
circuit (fulfilling nearly 50
library dates) and expanded our private cooking
lessons to unchartered waters. From one-on-one
lessons to larger parties, the fun of cooking (and
eating) traveled from Manhattan to Montauk to

We said farewell to
the BISCo mobile this past winter; it
was a sad parting and the Silver
Bullet will be missed.

2014 marks our 7
year in business and we’re just as excited as we
were back in 2007. After our winter hiatus, we’re revving up for a great
spring and summer. From full-service events to stand-alone raw bars; we
can customize for any party size. We’ve already begun to book dates for
parties and have limited availability Memorial Day through Labor Day.
