1 lb ground beef, formed into 4 patties Greek seasoning 4 Greek flatbreads 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced Red or green

leaf lettuce 1 tomato, sliced Tzatziki sauce

Greek seasoning (adapted from Misty, AllRecipes) 2 tsp salt 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp oregano 2 tsp basil 2 tsp minced onion, dried 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp parsley 1 tsp dill weed 1 tsp marjoram 2 tsp Mrs. Dash ½ tsp nutmeg ½ tsp thyme Tzatziki-like sauce 1 cup dairy-free sour cream (Tofutti) 1 tsp dill weed 1 tsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp olive oil Juice of ½ lemon Salt and pepper to taste Stir together sauce ingredients and set in fridge to chill. Preheat grill to high. Season patties liberally with Greek seasoning. Grill on medium for 6-9 minutes on each side or until done the way you like them. Warm and lightly toast flatbread on grill last two minutes of grilling time. Assemble burgers on flatbread with meat (I cut the patties in half to make them fit better) and veggies, topping with sauce.
