Timp de preparare: 40 min

Ingrediente:

8 oua, 4 buc. vinete, 2 cesti sos de rosii picant, 4 felii kaiser, 4 linguri ulei, sare, piper,
patrunjel

Mod de preparare:

Vinetele se curata de coaja si se taie in forma de rondele. Se sareaza si se lasa sa se scurga.
Dupa ce si-au lasat apa, se sterg cu un servetel si se prajesc in ulei. Costita se taie in bucatele
si se prajeste separat. Ouale se vor face jumari. Pe un platou incalzit, se aranjeaza feliile de
vinete, jumarile si costita. Se toarna sosul de rosii si se presara patrunjel tocat.
