Did you know that in every middle school or high school its a 50% of kids getting bullied and not telling no one whats going on. Also 3.2 Million students are bullied every year and more than one-third of our children and adolescents our overweight or obese. We cannot do it alone...please make a commitment as an organization, partner, sponsor, donor or volunteer. So I wrote this paper to tell these kids its okay to tell someone whats going on at school and its needs to be STOP. In my sorty I will tell you how to stop bulling. What is bullying? Bullying is when someone or a group of people with more power repeatedly and intentionally causes hurt or harm to another person or group of people who feel helpless to respond. Bullying can continue over time, is often hidden from adults and will probably continue if no action is taken. As a kid you are to be sent to school to learn not to be bullied so I here to tell you how to stop this from happening.the time your claasmate try to bully you , you must tell the teacher or the person thats over yall at the time. If the teacher does not say nothing then you must tell her boss. If that doesnt work you make sure you tell your parents. Before I get into someone facts ill let you read this story about a person I think.

The reason I pick bullying is because I knew someone that this was happening to in middle school. Form day 1 I didnt like it, every day my friend went to school she would get beat up or get her lunch taken. Some times it would just be that they would make her do what ever they said. I never said anything untill I was tiredof seeing it.Every day after that I been aganst bullying. Im willing to do any and everything to stop this bullying from going on in all these schools. As the days going by the bullying had not stop and my friend was getting really mad and upset. So I talk to her to try to relive some of her stress but the problem was really getting to her and it was nothing I could tell her that could make her change her minde, she wanted to kill them at one part of time. It got to the point where it was getting back to the administretion and the police. Her parents didnt know anything was going on untill the school call home. My friend amber didnt tell no one what was going on but me. When every thing boild down everyone was mad with me from not telling nobody what was going on. I was felling so bad so thats y I really hate bullying because there is a lot of people out there thats getting bullyed and no one is saying things, so I just want them to know SAY SOMETHING. The second thing you could do is be a man or woman about it and fight back. But its better for you to tell someone because fighting makes it worst. If you stand out for youself then maybe the bully may stop or it may get worst. With bullying somethimes the purpose be Many children are victims, and overweight children are especially targeted. As you may know, childhood obesity has more than tripled in the past 30 years. In 2010, more than one-third of children and adolescents were overweight or obese. The majority of these children are victims of low self-esteem. It has been proven that low

self-esteem affects learning and can lead to such problems as bullying, delinquency, unhealthy relationships, eating disorders, violence, drug abuse and suicide. Subsequently, large number children that were bullied are inclined to become bullies themselves. Of course it is no surprise that childhood bullies are more prone to violence as adults. The FBI Crime in the United States statics of 2010 stated that a violent crime occurs every 25.3 seconds. Steps Against Bullying has a mission to stop this vicious cycle!(Steps against bullying) Bulling is really serious in the world to, they have people out here that no one will ever know that is getting bullying. I think by the time 2015 it will be better because bullying is something everyone is look at now. They are making it harder on the people that are trying to bully kids. I think it will stop once the police get involved more than what they are. Teenagers wont continue to do something that will send them to jail or get them in deep trouble with the law or them family. Almost 14 per cent of those who reported being constantly bullied from childhood through their teens ended up in prison as adults. This is compared to six per cent of people who weren't bullied, nine per cent of people who were only bullied as children, and seven per cent of teen-only victims.( Victoria Woollaston) Its got to the point where bullying is causing kids to go home and kill themselves, because they are so afraid to speck up about the problem. Its like if you hole all of the bad stuff in it will drive you crazy, thats y I telling you guys to let someone know what you going threw at home or in school. In recent years, a series of bullying-related suicides in the US and across the globe have drawn attention to the connection between bullying and suicide. Though too many adults still see bullying as "just part of being a kid," it is a serious problem that leads to many negative effects for victims, including suicide.

Many people may not realize that there is also a link between being a bully and committing suicide. Bully victims are between 2 to 9 times more likely to consider suicide than non-victims, according to studies by Yale University A study in Britain found that at least half of suicides among young people are related to bullying 10 to 14 years old girls may be at even higher risk for suicide, according to the study above According to statistics reported by ABC News, nearly 30 percent of students are either bullies or victims of bullying, and 160,000 kids stay home from school every day because of fear of bullying. There are all types of bullying there are Physical Bullying, Verbal Bullying, and Emotional Bullying. There are three main categories of bullying. The other, more specific types can fall into any or all of these categories, depending on the specific situation in which the bullying is encountered. Im going to start telling you about physical bullying, in my opinion its when someone put their hands on you and just abuse you till you need to be hospitalizes. In the article physical bullying is this type of bullying basically involves the use of physical force. Physical bullying is most prevalent in academic institutions. This bullying technique may involve the spiting, shoving, kicking or even punching. In most instances, the aggressor is physically larger than the victim or may be within a group. The idea behind physical bullying is for the bully to establish superiority and continued control over a victim. The next one Im going talk about verbal bullying, verbal bullying is someone telling you something that hurts your feelings or make a joke about you in front the class or in front a group of people thats going to laugh or continues to make fun of you. Verbal bullying incorporates the use of words to carry out an act of bullying. In this type of bullying, the aggressor also known as the bully tries to verbally upset the victim through taunting and teasing. The verbal assault might focus on an individuals appearance, lifestyle choices, intellect, skin color and even

ethnicity. Most verbal bullies have a low self-esteem and tend to bully others so as to increase their social standings and feel better about them.

If a kid is treated as an out-cast at school then it qualifies under alienation. Some bullies will even encourage other students to alienate a person during school activities, groupings, games, and break periods. Another technique used by bullies is threatening others that they will also suffer the same fate if they talk or make friends with the victim. This type greatly affects the psychological state of a kid. Due to isolation, a child will not be able to form good relationships with others which can then result to isolation even in the latter stage of life. This form for bullying is called Alienation.

There are many formals of Cyber bullying. Cyber stalking may not be such a common form of cyber bullying, but it does occur on a daily basis all over the world. It can be very scary and annoying to be cyber bullied because it is the type of bullying that involves someone individually sending messages through text messages, emails, or social media messages. These messages could either be threatening, rude, or just plain trying to hurt the persons feelings. The worst thing about this form of bullying is the fact that it can turn to physical bullying, so it must be stopped as soon as possible.

Flaming is also a very common form of bullying that can be very hurtful to the victim. This specific form of bullying involves the correspondences of using electronic communications as a method to bully. Bullying through this method can be done in chat rooms, instant messages

and even through email. This is sort of a public type of bullying where you are publicly bullied online.

Flaming refers to the arguments which are supplemented with certain images to drive annoyance and harsh language toward someone. Exclusion is the type of bullying that occurs whenever someone is singled out then excluded from an online group. This group in turn will then do whatever they can online to taunt the excluded person through rude text messages and emails. Outing on the other hand occurs when individuals shares unique yet private information that uses mobile phone or online communication methods. This person will then be ousted once his private information has been shared publicly through the Internet. 0Masquerading is also a very common type of cyber bullying that is more of a sophisticated type of cyber bullying where the individual creates fakes identities to harass another person unanimously while at the same time hiding their identity. Masquerading will even include attempts to seriously steal log-in information to them use the information with harassing other people without having to show their identity.

Last I will talk about covert bullying. Covert bulling is also called indirect bullying. It is sometimes hard to spot as the person involved is not normally aware of the harassment done. One example will be spreading rumors or made-up stories to harm others. Other scenarios will be divulging secrets, mimicking, and damaging others reputation. Making gestures and faces behind a persons back is also a form of indirect abuse.
