actively take part in their day%to%day affairs. And make them aware to tape government schemes and make use of resource properly for their development. h) To promote and enhance skilled training, managerial capacity building through concerned training in order to encourage small enterprise development and trading among the vulnerable groups. i) To start educational institutions like residential schools boarding homes for the poor and establish technical institutions like nursing courses to render the technical knowledge and e&pertise to the rural students in vocational trades like carpentry, smith, motor driving, electoral works, computer course etc., the courses could also be conducted in collaboration with the 'tate and Central (overnment. j) To promote values of e)uality, fraternity and of mutual sharing of natural resource for sustainable development of all and to educate the *outh to uphold such values. 0. En&o''ment of Mem"e&s3 All 7ndians who have completed the age of eighteen are eligible to become the society member .The +&ecutive Committee reserves the right of admission of any member. 8. Ent&ance Fee an- S."sc&i%tion3 An annual fee for membership shall be 9s.0:-% 7t shall be payable every year on or before 31st ;anuary. Those who fail to renew their subscription in time can pay the same with a fine of 9s.1:-% up to 2<th =ebruary. +ntrance fee 9s.0:-% has to be paid at the time of enrolment. 7. Remo$a' of Mem"e&s3 The members of the 'ociety who forfeit their membership by a decision of the +&ecutive Committee, by resignation or by any other means shall not be entitled to claim a refund of any subscription or donation they have paid to the 'ociety during their period of membership. 8. Ri)hts* O"'i)ations an- ;&i$i'e)es of Mem"e&s3 ,embers can take part in the activities of the 'ociety, vote on the proceedings and serve in the +&ecutive Committee of the 'ociety. >. 11. Constit.tion of the E<ec.ti$e Committee* Te&m of Office* ;&oce-.&e fo& A%%ointment etc.* 1. The day to day affairs of the 'ociety shall be governed by the +&ecutive Committee consisting of Chairman, .ice Chairman, 'ecretary and Treasurer and all of them shall be elected by voice vote at the (eneral ody meetings and hold office for a period of three years. 2. 4ersonnel retiring shall be eligible for reappointment and they can hold office or any number of terms consecutively with the same position subject to the approval of the +&ecutive Committee. 3. Any casual vacancy arising in any of the offices shall be filled up by the +&ecutive Committee to hold office for the rest of the term of the persons ceasing to hold office. 12. The 'ecretary shall be responsible for audit and placing of audited accounts and balance sheet before the (eneral ody every year. 10. 3. The income and funds of the 'ociety will be solely utili"ed towards the objects and no portion of it will be utili"ed for payment to members by way of profit, interest, dividends etc., /. The funds of the 'ociety shall be spent only for the attainment of the objects of the society and no portion there of shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly to any of the its members through any means.

18. The society will mobili"e resources both within and outside the country to carry out the programs for the set objects. 1?. The society may generate funds for its sustainability through 7ncome (eneration program Activities. 1<. reach of provisions of ye%@aws by any ,ember or !fficer of the 'ociety. Any member who fails to observe the rules and regulations of the society or who after investigation by the +&ecutive Committee found to be dis)ualified of any act may be e&cluded from the membership of the society by resolution passed by the majority of members of the +&ecutive Committee.

Acco.nts* Boo4s* Re)iste&s etc.* The 'ecretary shall maintain the 9egister of members, ,inute book, vouchers, files etc., and is responsible for submission of all returns to the registrar of societies. All the records shall be kept in the registered office of the 'ociety. 2:. CUORUM 1. The )uorum of the meeting of the (eneral%body shall not be less than half of its total strength.

2. Twenty one days notice shall be given for every meeting of the (eneral ody, specifying the date, time and place of the meeting. 3. 'even days notice to its members shall be given for every meeting of the +&ecutive Committee. The )uorum of such a meeting shall not be less than one third of its members. 22. SUITS The name of the person or Chairman who is empowered to sue or to be sued on behalf of the society. 20. ;RO;ERTIES The property movable or immovable belong to the society shall vest in the name of Chairman and he is responsible for their up%keep and maintenance. 21. DUTIES OF OFFICE BEARERS C!AIRMAN Ae is the founder of the society. Ae is the permanent Chairman of the society. There is no election to this post. Ae will preside over all the meetings of the society. Ae will announce majority decisions as approved. Ae shall have a casting vote in case of tie in the meetings. Ae will be the sole authority. Ae shall be the constitutional head of the society. Ae will make such plans and programs relating to the development of society. Ae shall have the following powers also3 1. Ae shall be the correspondent and appointing authority of the staff of the 'ociety. 2. To control, manage and supervise the administration run by the society. 3. To act as a liaison officer between the society which runs the institutions and the (overnment agencies. /. To administrate the endowment funds of the society and government grant in aid in proper manner and in accordance with the rules of the department of the particular and in interest of the 7nstitutions. 0. Chairman is the chief e&ecutive of the society all powers to supervise and control of day to day administration of the society.

@ICE C!AIRMAN 1. To assist in the affairs of the Chairman 2. To look after and carry out all the works in the absence of the Chairman. SECRETARA 1. Ae will convene all the meetings of the society. 2. Ae will write minutes of meetings in the minutes book. 3. Ae will receive applications for membership and place the same before the +&ecutive Committee. /. Ae will be the custodian of association records. 0. Ae will prepare annual reports of the activities of the society. 8. Ae will attend to the day to day correspondence work. ?. To carry out all the works of the society. TREASURER3 1. The Treasurer shall be responsible for the collection of funds and initiate action for outstanding dues and after collection of funds keep the same in safe custody and disburse the funds as per the direction of the 'ecretary-e&ecutive committee. 2. Ae-she shall maintain proper books of accounts, for bills vouchers, receipts etc., and keep an inventory of all movable and immovable e)uipment-assets of the society. =or disposal of any e)uipment-asset he-she should have details furnished to the e&ecutive committee-'ecretary on demand. 3. 'he-Ae can disburse the cash as per the budget approved by the 'ecretary. E>ECUTI@E COMMITTEE3 1. The +&ecutive Committee shall take all policy decision deemed necessary for the good working of the society and the reali"ation of the objects of the society and to take all such measurers necessary for enforcement of such decisions through the committee of office bearers.

2. The +&ecutive Committee shall meet once in three months or necessity arise, even earlier. 3. Although the members of the +&ecutive Committee including office bearers of the society and persons serving in honorary capacity, therein view of the responsibilities entrusted to them and the important nature of their functions, whenever needed their full time service should be obtained at head office, the Chairman shall have the power to grant them suitable and ade)uate allowance. 20. Financia' /ea& of the societ/ 3 The financial year of the society shall be from 1st April to 31st ,arch as per +nglish Calendar. 26. Disso'.tion 7f, for any reason, the society will have to be dissolved the assets and liabilities of the society outstanding on the day of dissolution shall under sections 13 and 1/ of the 'ociety 9egistration Act of 1<8: after obtaining the approval of 3-0ths of the total membership be transferred to any other society functioning with like ideas and objectives. 2?. Con-.ct of E<t&ao&-ina&/ Meetin)s3 The chairman of the 'ociety whenever she-he thinks fit or on the re)uisition made in writing by at least 2-3rd of the members of the society may conduct an e&traordinary meeting of the society after giving 3: days clear notice in writing to its members. 29. In$itees The societyBs consultants, well wishers and visitors are all eligible to participate in the (eneral body meetings. 0:. AMENDMENTS a) The general body alone shall be competent to make amendments to the constitution of the society. b) A member of the general body shall submit amendment of amendments in writing to the secretary cum correspondent. c) The secretary shall circulate the proposal or amendments among all the members of the general body #0) five days before the (eneral body meets. d) 6o amendment to the constitution shall be made unless it is voted by 3-0th of the total members of the (eneral body at the meeting convened for the purpose and confirmed by 3-0th of the members present as a second special meeting. 01.
