The purpose of this page is to clarify the understanding of the program SAP_DROP_EMPTY_FPARTITIONS.

Report SAP_DROP_EMPTY_FPARTITIONS cleans up space in cubes where there are loads with no records Using SAP_DROP_EMPTY_FPARTITIONS to see how many partitions there are on a cube and work for aggregates as well. This report only works for an Oracle or DB4 DB.

How to use it?

Call transaction SE38 with program SAP_DROP_EMPTY_FPARTITIONS. Parameters Cubename: Checkbox SHOW DEL_CNT DEL_DIM DO_DROP
