Bacon and Bean curd roll

Ingredient : 4 pieces firm bean curd, 10 bacon strips, 2 stalks leek Method : 1. Rinse firm bean curd and cut into thick strips. Rinse leek and cut away tail-ends. Cut into sections of the same length as the width of the bacon strips. 2. Place bean curd strip and leek on the end of the bacon strips. Roll up and arrange on a baking tray. 3. Transfer to preheated oven and bake at 200C for 10 -15 minutes. Serve.
