LISTING CRITERIA FOR PUBLIC SECTOR PANELS OF CONSULTANTS (PSPC)


ARCHITECTURAL (AR) CONSULTANCY FIRMS
(i) Common Criteria for All AR Panels
All entities applying for AR panels must be licensed with the Board of Architects, with the exception of Sole Proprietorships and Partnerships*.
(*Note: Limited Liability Partnerships and Limited Partnerships must be licensed with the Board of Architects.)

(ii) Specific Criteria for Each AR Panel


Panel AR04
(a) 1 registered professional with the Board of Architects, supported by 1 professional with recognised professional qualifications1

The professional should have a relevant recognised degree in Architecture, which could be referenced from the Board of Architects. For firms that do not satisfy this requirement, the firms are to submit a confirmation letter on successful placement for the course. The relevant Certificate of Accomplishment (Buildable Design) / Certificate of Successful Completion (Green Mark Manager/Universal Design Assessor) is to be furnished upon successful completion of the course. The Universal Design Assessor course requirement is only applicable to AR01 and AR02 listing from 1 Apr 2013 onwards.
