10. TIGHTEN THE ANCHOR NUTS AND POUR THE BACKWALL/DIAPHRAGM FULL HEIGHT AND THE REMAINDER OF THE DECK SLAB. THE WINGWALLS MAY ALSO BE POURED CONCURRENTLY.
