MWAA-WMATA Agreement on Substantial Completion of Silver Line, Phase 1, April 24, 2014

This is the agreement MWAA reached with WMATA regarding acceptance of DTP's construction of the first phase of the Silver Line as "substantially complete." The agreement includes three "punch lists" of dozens of repairs, fixes, and improvements MWAA must complete before and after WMATA accepts the construction project.
