12/11/13 (steps2and3werenotphotographed) Step 1 was not completed today because the dough needed to be refrigerated for 2 hoursbeforebaking. Step 2 was completed today.I hadmy brother, Cameron, timeme onhis phonewhile I worked(at normalspeed, itwasnotarace),sothatIcouldfilloutthepartofthechartthat askedmeto recordtheactualtimeittooktocompletethatcertainstep.Imixedtheflour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt all by myself. For the electric mixer I put the ingredients in and my brother and mother operated the mixer for me and scraped the sides down. I added the almond extract but my mother cracked the egg because she could do it without getting the shell in the mixture better than Icould. Ialso pouredthe flourmixtureintheelectricmixer, butIstilldidnotoperateit.
