(something like small doughnuts)

Ingredients: 1 sour cream 2 big spoons of sugar 2 eggs 1 packet of vanilla sugar 1 packet of backing powder 2 glasses of smooth flour pinch od salt

Preparation: Whip the sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs. Add flour mixed with baking powder. Remove the dough with a spoon and bake in a wellheated oil. In a bowl add enough oil so that the donuts float during baking. When you get a nice color, scoop out, put on a napkin to leave excess fat. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
