NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION Notice of confirmation is required latest by 28th April 2014. STRICTLY NO PERSONAL CHEQUES The Resort reserves the right to impose a late payment interest charge of 1.5% per month on any outstanding. EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY The resort will not be held responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequences of war, strikes, riots and Acts of God and / or under condition (s) beyond the control of the resort. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event should the said event be cancelled, the following charges applies : Number of Days Prior To The Event Less than 30 Days Less than 14 Days Less than 7 Days Amount for Cancellation Charge Based On Total Estimated Value 50% 75% 100%

GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE A guaranteed number of person must be confirmed to the hotel in 72 hours (3 full working days) in writing prior to the date of event, should the minimum guaranteed be increased or decreased. Should the attendees exceed the minimum guaranteed, actual shall apply. Should the actual attendance fall below the guaranteed, the guaranteed shall apply. DAMAGES The client shall be responsible for any damages to the furniture and fittings, equipment, crockery and any other items provided by the Hotel in the location. Please be advised that it is the sole responsibility of the event organiser to ensure that proper security and insurance coverage is arranged for all equipments brought in and out by the organiser.

PERMITS / LICENCES It is the sole responsibility of the event organiser to obtain licences from the appropriate authorities for any public performance including shows, dance theatre production or karaoke video arrangements that may be organised at the function and to comply with the requirement of the licences. All application and payment pertaining to Permits and Licences from the Local Authorities to hold gathering and on music copyrights are borne by the event organiser.
