Please follow the below method

Some cautions: 1. Use Latest Version of GNS3 2. You can give 1024 MB RAM if it doesnt work with below method for you. But We have tested it can work with 256MB RAM as well as shown in Screenshot. Follow the procedure. 1 - in the tab Qemu Options prescribes the following parameters: -vnc none -vga none -m 1024 -icount auto -hdachs 980,16,32 2 - parameter Initrd put this path asa842-initrd.gz; 3 - parameter Kernel put this path asa842-vmlinuz; 4 - in the tab Kernel cmd line prescribes the following parameters: -append ide_generic.probe_mask=0x01 ide_core.chs=0.0:980,16,32 auto nousb console=ttyS0,9600 bigphysarea=65536

If it ask for the KEY then use below mostly it doesnt ask
