Gala Dinner
This year;s 1ala >inner will again be a night to remember. 5 good crowd has booked to attend (with a couple of last minute seats available if you hurry). The dress standard is business?smart casual. $tart time is /pm for pre:dinner drinks and socialising ? networking with members, guests and most of our conference presenters. The dinner gets under way at /!'6pm.

To help encourage members; partners to be involved as a part of the larger 5T55 family, we offer a discounted rate to partners for the 1ala >inner. Ft basically means a couple can attend for <"26. Conference arri%al . c)eck/in The onference Hegistration >esk will be open from /!'6am on .riday. )n your arrival at the conference on the .riday morning, please proceed to the onference Hegistration >esk to confirm your registration and receive your name badge which you will be reBuired to wear at all times during the conference. Conference Huddles There will be ample networking opportunities, including the two programmed onference Huddle sessions. There will be Cust six Huddle groups for each session (see list on first page), with a limit of "& people per Huddle. 5nd each Huddle group needs a !"ddle #acilitator. 5ny volunteers for this important role, please let us know asap. Hegistrations are necessary for the Huddles, the same as at previous conferences. There will be a Hegistration $heet for each Huddle, on which you can write your name to register for a Huddle. This is like a name badge that you can wear, and on which you can write your favourite topic. This is to help like: minded people find each other so they can talk about their favourite subCect at any time over the three days. %ook for these badges near the Hegistration >esk. 4ffice/5earers 'inner 5s a thank you to the hapter office:bearers for all their hard work during the year, the 5T55 hosts a dinner at the time of the conference. This is also a great opportunity to meet colleagues from around 5ustralia, and to share experiences. 5ll our nine chapters operate differently, so it will be great to compare notes and pick up some great ideas from the other chapters.
