Some Tips:
Try to INVEST 20-30 minutes a day in some type of Ball Handling routine or drill work.
Go as FAST and as HARD as you can.
Focus on keeping the ball low and taking LONG Steps on the movement drills
Keep the ball off your palm and develop strength in your finger tips.
