For cold drinks, use coaster as underliner Use a tray to deliver a drink All glasses must be clean and free lint, chips and cracks Glasses with handles should have the handle to the right of the customer Glasses should not be held by the rim. Hold the stem, the base or the handle depending on the type of glass you are using.
