A

Inflate a 260, leaving " uninflated. Tie the balloon into a circle. Find the halfway
point of the circle. Attach the nozzle to this point, creating two equal sized loops.

Fully inflate two 260s and tie the nozzles together. Twist a 1" bubble at the end of
each balloon and twist the two bubbles together. Attach the tied ends to the centre of
the harness from Step A.

Inflate a 260, leaving " uninflated. Tie the balloon into a ring. Attach the tied ends to
the middle of the harness.

D

Take the balloon from Step C and find the halfway point. Attach the halfway point to
the two bubbles created in Step B.

E

You should now have four arcs. Twist a 5" bubble in each arc, measuring from the
two bubbles made in Step B.

F

Twist one short and one long arc together at the twists created in the last Step.
Repeat with the other two arcs.

G

Inflate a 260 at least 20". Attach the nozzle to the two bubbles from Step B.

H

Twist a 14" bubble and attach it to the centre of the harness. Twist two 1" pinch
twists. Cut and tie off any extra balloon.

I

Squeeze a bend in each of the outer sides of the cape.
