 Receive the requirements from the Account Managers of CORE - USA.
 Successfully entered into the first deal of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) in CORE.
 Resourcing: Source the right candidates for the requirements using different job portals like
Dice, Careerbuilder, Hotjobs, Monster, etc.
 Addressing the Requirements: Working on different requirements coming from Direct
Clients as well as Prime Vendors / 1 Tier, 2 Tier & 3 Tier Vendors.
 Extensive use of personal database with several employer contacts who can provide
matching consultants in no time.
 Rate Confirmations: Negotiate the rates with the consultants and also take down the rate
confirmations along with the Non-compete agreements / Pre-interview agreements signed by
the consultants / employers.
 Skill Evaluation: After taking the rate confirmations, speak with the consultants and screen
their overall experience and discuss the different skills of the relevant requirement with them.
 Resume Submission: Next step is to forward all the contact details along with the
consultants’ resumes to the account managers and they further speak with the concerned

 Actively involved in marketing the RFID, GPS and ERP solutions of CORE.
 This process involved lot of Head Hunting activities to get the relevant clients / organizations
of US who can utilize the RFID, GPS and the ERP Products / Services of CORE.
 Cold Calling and Email follow ups were few daily tasks to generate the positive leads.
 Once the lead is generated, Immediately update the sales managers of the US counter parts
to close the leads.

 Requirement postings were done on various job portals, Business Groups, Forums, Social
networking websites and by emailing all the H1B Vendors of US.
 Source the candidates from Vendor Database on 1st priority and then search for alternatives
thru the job portals as the turn around time used to be very quick.
 Daily worked on different direct clients as well as third-party requirements.

Client Servicing:
 I was given the task to manage and address the existing Tier 1 & Tier 2 vendors’
 I used to directly take down the requirements from the Client Portals for Eg. Wipro – Synergy
Portal and started working on it.
