Spaghetti Bolognese
Experiment 1
INGREDIENTS
- 2t spoon Olive Oil - Tinned tomatoes
- pkt of spaghetti - 1T spoon of fried parsley
- red capsicum - 3 T spoon of tomato Paste
- 1t spoon Parmesan Cheese - an onion
- Beef mince
Method
1. Put apron, hair net on.
2. Wash hands with soap and dry
3. Prepare equipment and gather ingredients.
4. Place a pot of water onto stove to boil.
5. Cut the top and tail off the onion, Peel onion and dice finely
6. Wash and cut the red capsicum into halves
7. Take seeds out and slices thinly, the dice
8. Check for water if boiled, if water is boiled add salt and oil to it and add pasta
9. Open the can of diced tomatoes and pour into a bowl
10. Turn pan on medium, add oil and add the mince
11. Let the mince brown, when the mince start to brown add in the onion and the capsicum
12. Check and mix around pasta so they dont stick
13. After the onion and capsicum have started to cook and you can smell it add the diced
tomatoes and tomato paste and put the temperature on low and let it simmer
14. After a few minutes mix around the sauce
15. Now turn off the paste and strain
16. Mix the spaghetti and sauce
17. Serve and ENJOY

0-10 Enter room and gather equipment
10-15 Set up equipment and gather ingredients, boil water
15-25 Cut up ingredients
25-30 Start to cook meat let it brown, pour pasta in to cook
30-40 Add other ingredients, wait to brown strain pasta and let cool down
40-45 Add tomato paste and diced tomatoes, serve
45-50 Clean up

I mainly went well with my

Slice and dice

Now add meat, onion, and
capsicum and let brown
Now add tomatoes, paste,
pasta sauce and parsley. Let
simmer
Slice, and dice thinly
Now mix serve and enjoy
