Jimmy Zhang is the founder of Art Chef Inc. which is a catering company that
specializes in providing fruit and vegetable carving centrepieces and
showpiece displays for events in California.
His fruit and vegetable carvings have been described as among the
finest in the world
He personally designs and creates the uni!ue fruit carving art pieces
Zhang graduated from the Culinary Arts Institute in China in "#$# as a chef with
personal interest in the ancient fruit and vegetable carving art.
He has won many professional fruit carving championship titles

Jimmy is now recognised as one of the best fruit carving art chefs in
China
He left for the &' to leave his mar( on the &' professional carving world with his uni!ue talents and
vast e)perience in the Chinese art of fruit and veggie carving.
He still holds carving classes at the *a(land Asian Cultural Centre+ teaching people in his community
basic techni!ues in this art.
Chef Jimmy is also diligent in finding new ways to improve
his techni!ues combining with his creativity to ta(e his artistry to the
