Definition of Perception

Perception is a unique interpretation of the situation, not an actual recording of it. Perception is a very complex cognitive process that yields a unique picture of the world, a picture may be quite different from reality. Perception means, the process of attaining knowledge, awareness and forming opinions based on our knowledge and taking decisions.

Difference between You and Your Boss
    

When you don't do it, you're lazy. When your boss doesn't do it, he's too busy. When you make a mistake, you're an idiot. When your boss makes a mistake, he's only human.
