community involvement with the Delmas Park Amended Neighborhood
Improvement Plan.

 Expressed his thanks with the participation on the current and previous
development plan, and enjoys working with the people who have a passion
about the community.

Kathy Sutherland:

 There is a proposal for a 12 story building at Delmas and Auzerais. The

developer will need to come to the NAC and make a presentation, but I don’t
think they have asked for a date yet.
 There is a residential development across Auzerais at Sunol. KB has set aside
2 acres for park development, and the community should request the Sobrato
developers to attach a priority to their plan for park development along with the
neighboring KB development.

 Sobrato should also replant trees on the south side of Auzerais.

Anna Le:

 Annual budget review is underway.

 Mention of the Region E newsletter.

 3 points for next board meeting:
1. There is also $300K in the current budget that was originally allocated
for priority #4 – Improve West San Carlos Street Streetscape. The group
can use the remaining funding for the original Top Ten. Group need to
come up with plans to utilize these funds.

2. Begin the cost analysis for the development plan and prioritize the
activities.
3. Prepare to provide input for traffic calming to DOT staff at the
November meeting
