Your January 10, 2003 fax correspondence to Bob Catell regarding Roadway
Contracting has been referred to me for reply.
I have met with Larry Roman, President of WDF Inc., concerning the outstanding
balance, and I wish to assure you that WDF has every intention of honoring their
commitment in with the terms of the contract. Larry Roman pointed out to
me that Roadway has been paid a total 0[$2,032,491.74 to date.
The attached interoffice memorandum which was issued by the Project Executive
at VVDF addresses the balance in question. As soon as the matters listed on this
memorandum have been resolved, Roadway Contracting will be paid all the monies due.
I would welcome any further questions regarding this matter, and can be reached
ar the telephone and address Listed above.
Ve:ry truly yours,
KEYSPAN SERVICES, INC.
