Banana Brread

Published by 3 1/2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp baking soda 3 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup milk 1/2 cup oil 2 eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease and flour two 9×5 inch loaf pans. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together milk, oil, eggs, and mashed banana. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; mix just to moisten. Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pans for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
