Apple Cider

Ingredients:
5 gallons of fresh apple juice.
1 pound of light brown sugar.
1 to 2 packages of champagne yeast.
cup of corn sugar.
Instructions:
Place 4 gallons of juice in the fermenter.
Dissole brown sugar into the remaining 1 gallon of juice and add to the fermenter.
Pitch yeast.
