3. Main Hall/Dining Room/Courtyard

Staff Leads: House Manager James Mason

Duties:
Assist chefs in tear down and cleaning up of their area.
Bundle linens in Main Hall
Pick-up trash
Return dishes, cutlery (LOOK IN GRASS) and glasses to the Kitchen
Overall clean up and tear down
DO NOT BREAKDOWN TABLES OR CHAIRS
DO NOT PICK UP BOTTLES

Useful Information:
Event begins at 5:30pm, or when chef stations are ready.
Event ends at 8:30pm. Stations should be open and continue to serve even through the Live
Auction, not packing up until 8:30pm.










ALL VOLUNTEERS:
Please arrive 30 minutes before your "Set" Time to allow for stowing personal belongings in
the Phelan Suite, collecting your apron, familiarizing yourself with your team and area, etc.
Attire: Black bottoms, white tops, volunteer aprons, name badges
Keep all areas clean from trash, china, glassware.
Snacks for volunteers will be provided in the Phelan Suite upstairs. Food & Wine fare is
reserved for paying guests only.
