AGENDA FOR MEETING TO BE HELD ON 19TH JUNE 2006, AT

EIKON ACADEMY AT 2 PM

The meeting is scheduled to be held on 19th June 2006 at Eikon
Academy and to be attended by the following faculties to discuss the
new semester and requirements:

6. Ms.Subhadra
7. Ms.Padmini
8. Mr.Aparajithan
9. Ms.Veena Jagannath
10. Ms.Zenobia Irani
11. Mr.Premjith Matthew

The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. To discuss the new time table and make any necessary
changes as required by each faculty
2. To finalize and discuss any new faculty required
3. Number of sessions required by each faculty for their
respective subjects
4. Lesson plans to be planned and submitted by faculties by
28th June 2006
5. List of field trips/workshops required to be conducted by each
faculty and list to be submitted by 28th June 2006
6. List of books and any other resource material required by
each faculty
7. Swatch folder – to be updated – Mr.Fibin
8. Need to form a student council/association – Ms.Subhadra
9. College day/annual day to be decided and planned
10. Discuss the semester break down with cut off dates for
submission of question papers, mark sheets, attendance etc
11. Evaluation method to be discussed and finalized – as per
requirement of each faculty
12. Other cultural/craft activities to be planned and conducted
13. Networking marketing for new batches
14. Faculty attendance/timings to be followed/registers
15. Photography module – lesson plan/dates to be marked –
Ms.Subhadra
16. Draping and Material Exploration faculty

17. Exhibition/display of assignments etc of students – invite
family and if need be industry people
18. Orientation programme for freshers – tentative dates
20th,21st & 22nd July 2006 – list of faculties who will be able
to attend and interact with the freshers
19. Internship for Sem 5 and Crafts Exposure for Sem 3
20. Rules and Regulations to be discussed and discipline book
formatted
21. Attendance requirements- minimum required by each
student to be eligible to be promoted to next semester
22. Eligibility factors to be kept in mind for promotions
23. Faculties to be nominated to be in charge of each
batch/semester
24. Batch numbers to be allotted to students and utilized by
faculties
25. Any other issues relevant to the deparment
