ON JOB TRAINING FLOW TRAINING PROGRAM COMMENCEMENT PROCEDURE
1.0 New Employee
1.1.1 Production Operator
1.1.4 General Worker
1.2.2 Executive / Officer
2.0 Orientation briefing shall conducted by HR as describe
under Section 4.1.2 of the company’s Quality Manual
3.0 Identification of related Job Experience by the Head of
Department assigned to shall be made prior to the
commencement of work.
3.1 If the new employee has the relevant
experience, he/she shall commence work as
assigned by the Departmental Head.
3.2 If the new employee does not have the relevant
experience, he/she shall be given the relevant
On Job Training (OJT) by the Departmental
3.3 Departmental Head shall be responsible to
liase with HR personnel on their respective
department’s Training Needs as described
under Section 4.1.3 of the company’s Quality
4.0 When OJT is administered, it shall be conducted with
reference to the relevant Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP) and or Work Instructions (WI) by the respective
5.0 Upon completion of OJT, an evaluation shall be made to
gauge and measure the ability of the new employee in
handling the job assigned.
