Indonesian education. The School-based curriculum KTSP (2006) one of the aims of teaching
English is to develop students’ language skills which involve listening, speaking, reading, and
writing. To master speaking and writing, listening as one of the receptive skills acts the
important role to learn those productive skills. As Harmer (...........) said that receptive skill is the
way to get the meaning from what people see or listen.
