Ohio Interfaith Power and Light seeks to mobilize a religious response to climate

change and to promote energy conservation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy.
Ohio Interfaith Power and Light (OhIPL) helps faith communities connect with green volunteers,
services, and educational resources. OhIPL also provides opportunities to network and fellowship
with people from other faith communities who are responding to the climate-change crisis. OhIPL
welcomes membership from churches, synagogues, temples, mosques, and other faith communities;
or from committees or groups within those bodies.

and potential financial savings of related energy improvements.
 Make energy efficiency improvements to our buildings.
 Make better use of renewable energy, such as solar and wind power.
 Offset our remaining non-renewable energy consumption by purchasing green
power; contributing to a wind turbine fund; or supporting other alternative,
efficient, or renewable energy sources.
 Support public policies that contribute to our goals.
