1. Tugasan ini mengandungi SATU (1) soalan sahaja yang disediakan dalam bahasa Melayu dan bahasa Inggeris. /
This assignment contains only ONE (1) question that is set in both Malay and English.

2. Jawab dalam bahasa Melayu atau bahasa Inggeris. / Answer in Malay or English.

3. Muat turunkan templat tugasan versi bahasa yang berkenaan daripada MyVLE untuk penyediaan dan
penyerahan tugasan anda. Tugasan anda hendaklah ditaip dengan menggunakan saiz fon 12 Times New Roman
dan langkau baris 1.5. / Download the language version of the assignment template concerned from the MyVLE
for preparation and submission of your assignment. Your assignment should be typed using 12 point Times New
Roman font and 1.5 line spacing.

4. Tugasan anda hendaklah mengandungi 2500 hingga 3000 patah perkataan tidak termasuk rujukan. Bilangan
perkataan hendaklah ditunjukkan di hujung tugasan anda. Jangan menyalin soalan dan arahan tugasan dalam
jawapan anda. Pemeriksa tidak akan membaca jawapan tugasan yang melebihi had patah perkataan yang
dibenarkan. Jumlah perkataan hendaklah dinyatakan di penghujung tugasan anda. / Your assignment should be
between 2500 to 3000 words excluding references. Do not copy the assignment question and instructions to
your answer. Only assignment answer developed within the approximate word limit will be assessed. The
number of words should be shown at the end of your assignment.

5. Anda dikehendaki menghantar tugasan SECARA ONLINE melalui MyVLE. Sila rujuk kepada portal untuk
arahan mengenai prosedur penghantaran tugasan secara online. Anda dinasihatkan menyimpan salinan tugasan
yang dihantar dan bukti penghantaran untuk rujukan sendiri. / You must submit your assignment ONLI NE via
the MyVLE. Refer to the portal for instructions on the procedures to submit your assignment online. You are
advised to keep a copy of your submitted assignment and proof of the submission for personal reference.

6. Anda hanya boleh menghantar tugasan SEKALI sahaja dalam SATU fail. Fail tugasan yang dihantar mestilah
dalam format MS-WORD (filename.doc). Sila pastikan fail adalah VERSI TERKINI yang BETUL. Fail yang
tersalah hantar hendaklah dihantar semula secara on-line sebelum tamat tempoh penghantaran. / You can submit
your assignment ONCE only in a SI NGLE file. The file must be in MS-WORD format. Please ensure that you
submit the CORRECT and latest version of file. File which is wrongly submitted must be re-submitted on-line
before the deadline.

7. Tugasan anda hendaklah diserahkan antara 24hb Jun 6hb Julai 2014. Serahan selepas 6hb Julai 2014

Search the literature for THREE articles in the teaching and learning of representation
and interpretation of data using statistics for lower secondary mathematics in Malaysia.
Discuss the teaching and learning strategies in your selected articles.

Suggest ONE teaching activity for representation and interpretation of data for a class of
lower secondary mathematics pupils using appropriate strategies and resources and relate
to the conceptual development of statistical knowledge.

Provide justifications to support your suggestions.

Cari literatur untuk TIGA artikel dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran perwakilan dan
pentafsiran data dengan menggunakan statistik untuk matematik menengah rendah di
Malaysia. Bincangkan strategi-strategi pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam artikel-artikel
yang anda pilih.

Cadangkan SATU aktiviti pengajaran bagi perwakilan dan pentafsiran data untuk murid-
murid matematik menengah rendah dengan menggunakan strategi dan sumber yang sesuai

Ingat ye cikgu, pengenalan perlu ikut seperti kehendak dalam rubriks dan sedikit pengenalan mengenai konsep statistik secara umum serta
kepentingan secara ringkas yang menjurus kepada kehendak soalan tugasan
ye cikgu huraikan mengenai konsep statistik, jenis-jenis dan fakta yang relevan bagi menjawan soalan ini. Yaang penting pada ppendahuluan juga
perlu dinyatakan objekti soalan atau kehendak soalan tugasan

cikgu dah cuba search- Jurnal artikel- konsep pengetahuan statistik. Cikgu akan jumpa artikel yang cikgu boleh interpretasikan seperti kehendak
soalan tugasan. Untuk cadangan aktiviti pengajaran, boleh guna panduan dalam modul dan mana =mana buku yang berkaitan dengan
pentafsiran data. Dan jangan lupa nyatakan strategi pengajaran yang digunakan dan sumber yang sesuai. Di sini cikgu dah apat bagaimana
pembangunan konsep pegetahuan statistik itu dapat diperolehi oleh pelajar. Maksudnya aktiviti itu dapat memahamkan pelajarv mengenai konsep
statistik. Cikgu juga kena rajin mencari artikel dalam internet atau ke library
