Italian Style Spaghetti Squash

1 spaghetti squash
1-1/2 cups tomato sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano

1. Pierce spaghetti squash a few times to let steam escape. Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
2. Slice lengthwise and scrape out and discard the seeds and fibers using an ice cream scoop or
a large spoon.
3. Fill one half of the scooped out squash with water and fit the other half back on top.
Microwave on High in a casserole dish for approximately 10 minutes, depending on the size
of the squash.
4. Handle hot squash with oven gloves. Drain any remaining water and scrape interior with a
fork to remove strands.
5. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and microwave on High for 1 minute or until warm and
cheese is melted.
