BLUE BERRY CHEESE CAKE

Method:
Beat egg and sugar together until the sugar gets completely melted,

Add the ricotto cheese slowly little by little and blend it .

Fold the cream and cream and bake it in the oven in175 degrees in a double boiling
method.

Top with blue berry and serve cold.

Method

Knead the guava into a smooth texture and add the flour gradually and make it into a
smooth dough like texture.
Make small roundles into equal size with out any space in the balls
Heat the oil in the kadai and fry the jamun slowly on rolling on all the sides of the
balls.
Prepare a sugar syrup boiling the sugar in the water until reduced into a syrup texture.
Put the fryed jamuns into the syrup and allow to soak in that for 1 to 2 hours.
