Whistleblower Policy

Interfaith is entrusted with public funds intended to increase access to health care
and eliminate health disparities in our community. It is our commitment as an
organization to make sure that we use our resources effectively and for the purpose
for which they are intended. Integrity in our business operations is vital to the public
trust that is placed in us.

Staff are an important safeguard to make sure that our funds are used for the
purposes intended. Staff are encouraged to raise concerns within the organization if
they suspect fraudulent or dishonest acts or gross misconduct by directors, officers,
managers, supervisors, staff, volunteers, interns, or others associated with ICHC.
Staff with concerns should contact Vicki Curtis, our compliance officer who is
responsible for investigating complaints under this policy. For our complete policy,
