removal proceedings in light of U.S. v. Fish, _ F. 3d _, 2014 WL 715785 (1st Cir. 2014),
pursuat to which the conviction underlying te respondent's removability uder
section 237(a)(2)(A)(iii) of te Act, 8 U.S.C. § 12279a)(2)(A)(ii), is not categorically a
aggavated flony. 1 Upon consideration, the motion is ganted, ad tese removal proceedings
ae terinated without prejudice.
