Truth to be told, I have no distinctive extra curriculum experience.

However, my experience is very

diversified. I have joined numerous events such as Talentcorp's bootcamp, Mega Startup Weekends,
Youth 2 Business Conference and many more. The outstanding experience would be in Talentcorp
Engineering Bootcamp, where my team won 2nd place for the event. I used to indulge in community
service such as in Buddhism events of Soka Gakkai Malaysia and volunteer in Election Commission 2013.
Besides, I did join the recent writing competition in Malaysia students blog, where I was the top 10
winner out from 149 essays submitted. Although I don't have the most outstanding experience, the
diversity keeps my routine more lively and fun!

Because I can see my career pathway in these companies. I am actually an outspoken person. I love to
meet key people from different backgrounds. The testimonial from the companies would give me the
sense of urgency to apply for them after graduation.

Know what the employees want. Employment is not an one-sided matter, it is mutual. This is after the
talents are employed. In my humble opinion, the first method is to build the reputation of the
companies. It has to become a sought-after companies so more talents would want to apply for them.
So, every company should start branding itself.
