affairs of the Company and/or its affiliates/associates/groupcompanies
('confidentialinformation'),which may come to your knowledgeand/ or be

hold in strict confidence,all such confidentialinformation.This restrictionshall
surviveterminationof your employmentwith the Companywithoutlimitin pointof
