ABSTRACT
Our educational system is not designed to facilitate the students and
hence leads to a lot of stress. Also teachers and parents are responsible
for this effect and may lead to bad performance or sometimes even
suicides. Developed countries make changes in their educational system
with passage of time to reduce educational stress but in Pakistan we are
still following the conventional system of education and examination.
Steps are required to be taken by the management of institutions and
government of Pakistan to avoid or at least reduce this educational
stress on students.
