Administration & Organization
Provided all administrative support for the Genetic Counseling department as well as
supporting Medical Directors and Laboratory Supervisors.

Created highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough
electronic indexing, filing and offsite storage, resulting in easy access to critical

Effectively set-up administrative support for the Spa Back of House for the management
team and all staff members. Managed and assisted departmental leads and support staff
with daily management responsibilities and coordinates all staff supervisory duties with
regards to MOD schedule.
Coordinates high-level conference calls, board and management meetings with Brand
Manager, Hotel Ownership, Spa Management Executives, Human Resources Manager

advertisements and press releases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Manages all professional resume review, interviewing and hiring of new providers in the
four Spa and Salon departments. Makes final judgment calls on potential spa candidates,
makes salary recommendations and coordinates all new hire training. Also involved in
staff disciplinary meetings with HR and, if necessary, assisted with termination.
