6:00 Variance request by Travis Rossow from Section 603.5, Performance
Standards of the Jackson County Zoning Ordinance. The request is to
reduce the required 30 foot rear yard setback on property located in part of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Rost Township.

6:20 Variance request by Meyer Farms, LLC from Section 727.2, Animal
Feedlots, Setback Requirements of the Jackson County Zoning Ordinance.
The request is to locate a new feedlot less than the required one half mile
from a residence other than the owner on property located in part of the
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE NE ) of Section 10,
Round Lake Township.

6:40 Variance request by Kevin Young from Section 612.6, Placement, Design
and Height of Structures of the Jackson County Zoning Ordinance. The
request is to reduce the required 75 setback for a structure from the
Ordinary High Water Level on property located in part of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 4, Christiania Township.
