WHEAT RAWA UPPUMA: Wash 2 cups of wheat rawa in water twice and then put it in a bowl with water

½ cm above the rawa. Add 2tsps cooking oil and enough salt and mix well. Cook the wheat rawa in a pressure cooker up to 3 whistles. Heat a kadai, and add 2tbsps oil. When the oil becomes hot, add 1sp mustard seeds. When they splutter, add 1cup chopped onions, 1tbsp chopped green chillies and 1 cup chopped tomatoes. When they are cooked well add 1cup mixed vegetables, a little salt and 1 chopped capsicum and fry for a few minutes. Add chopped coriander and curry leaves. Now take out the cooked rawa and add that to the kadai. Mix well and cook for some minutes on a very slow fire until it is well blended.
