Cut a 6-inch length of 1/8-inch dowel.
Coat 1 inch along 1 end of dowel
with tacky glue, insert glue-coat-
ed end of dowel between layers
of lollipop. Place a small amount
of glue on opposite end of
dowel, insert dowel in foam
base, positioning as desired.
