To whom it may concern,

Would you please excuse me for being absent in this past few weeks, for the reason
that I accompanied my Mom to the hospital when she was admitted following her check-up.
She was diagnosed of a vertigo or syncope like condition, that I have to accompany and
fetch her from the office from time to time.

Please let me make-up for all of my absences.
