Hokkien Noodle and Deff Stir-

fry

Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 200 g beef strips
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
• 300 g frozen Thai-style stir –fry mixed vegetables, separated
How to make it.
• 1 heat a wok or heavy-based frying pan until very hot add 1
tablespoon of oil and swirl it around to coat the side of the pan
add the beef strips and stir-2-3 minutes or until just browned and
cooked through. Remove and set aside
How to make it (2)
• 2 Heat another tablespoon of oil in the wok and add the garlic and
ginger. Stir-fry vegetable and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the
vegetables are tender return meat to the wok , add the hokkien
noodles and toss well to combine. Cook for a further 5 minutes, then
serve immediately
