In consideration of the $90.00 membership fee, Harambee Ministries
(Plot owner) hereby provides to (Plot owner), the use of the plot number
_____ at the HM Community Garden. This agreement shall be effective
November 1st, 2011 and will end on November 30th, 2012. Either party
may cancel this agreement by notifying the other party in writing within
48 hours of taking possession of the plot number specified above. Upon
cancellation all outstanding fees will be due immediately to HM.
(Plot owner) hereby agrees to forever indemnify and hold harmless HM
from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, costs, charges, and
expenses of every kind, including but not limited to, reasonable fees of
attorneys and other professionals for legal action that may occur.
HM assumes no liability with regard to loss or damage of any personal
property of the (Plot owner) or their guests. It is understood that (Plot
owner) or their guests will provide proper protection and supervision
for such personal property. (Plot owner) assumes responsibility for any
and all damages to the HM Property caused by (Plot owner) agent or
guest. It is understood that the HM Property is private property in a
residential neighborhood, and the (Plot owner) will fully comply with
the Local laws.

(Plot owner) agrees to the contract rules stated above. Property to be
used as described in the by-laws. Further, the Plot owner agrees that
they have received a copy of this agreement.
(Plot owner) must ensure that all participants abide by the rules and
regulations set forth as it pertains to conduct on the HM grounds while
gardening. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed on any of the
HM properties and smoking is strictly prohibited. The HM policy is no
known sex offenders or persons with similar background will be
permitted on school grounds or other HCFC properties accordance with
the federal, state and local laws/ regulations. HM does not endorse any
political party or union.
