Damage classification: Scratch/Kratzer, gouge/Furche; Fuge, mark/Abdruck, nick/Ausbruch; Kerbe.

52- DOORS: - Material thickness of Pax Door skin: Chapter 52-10-01-0I-1p1ff (“Identification”); Drawings and Figures of machined door skin plates. - Allowable damage in skin of Crew/Pax doors: Chapter 52- 10-01-1A-1 (“Allowable”); Figure 102- Allowable damage 1. For dents important: A/Y>over factor 30, where Y=3,175mm maximum depth and A=101,6mm width or less! Same on all Entry doors. - Material thickness of large Cargo Door skin: Chapter 52-30-01-0I-1p1ff (“Identification”); - Allowable damage in skin of large Cargo door: Chapter 52- 30-01-1A-1 (“Allowable”); Figure 102- Allowable damage 1, page 107. For dents important: A/Y>over factor 30, where Y=3,175mm maximum depth and A=101,6mm width or less! - Material thickness of small Cargo Door skin: Chapter 52-30-01-0I-2p1ff ; Allowable damage same procedure as above. - Material thickness of bulk Cargo Door skin: Chapter 52-30-01-0I-3p1ff ; Allowable damage same procedure as above. - Access Doors: 52-40-01-1A-1, respective “Allowabe” damage limits. For dents factor W/Y=30 or more, where depth Y=3,18mm maximum! Length is in relation to factor 30.

Allowable damage limits of Figure 103/ALLOWABLE DAMAGE 2, Temporary protection with Hi-speed tape. - Fixed interiour doors: 52-50-02-1A-1; Enhanced security flight deck door. Different zones, damage only in the decorative laminate and in Zone 1 permitted (NO cracks, dents or holes allowed! See Fig. 102, 52-50-02p104ff). - Landing gear doors: 52-80-01 53- FUSELAGE: 53-00-01-1A-1; Allowable damage pg.104ff; dents W/Y=30 or more; lightning strike see Fig. 102- Table A.
