Ans. Rx level 0 to 63 is GSM unit. While -110 to -47 is

dbm Rxlevel unit of GSM. When we will add 110 to Rxlevel
[dbm],it will get convert into GSM unit 0 to 63.

This relation is define on the bassis of TA report
If the value of TA is less Then Rx lev is also near by -
47
dBm and the the last stage of getting signal in idea
state

Lets Start-
Audible Voice Frequency is of range 3.5Khz to 4Khz. As

sampleing theorm, rate of sampling should be twice the
max.
freq. i.e. 4X2=8Khz which means you require 8000samples
per
second to quantize the analog voice signal.
As a fact, one sample requires 8-bits.
Therefore, 8000 samples would require - 8000X8=64000bits
i.e. 1 voice sample will need at least 64kbps to travel.
Now, E1 is designed as such to have 32 time slots, each
with a BW of 64kbps.

Thus, E1=32X64=2048 Kbit i.e. 2Mbps
